General Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in processing your order.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved or monogrammed items).
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@visionrapic.net or by calling (812) 471-1594.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Step 2: Return Authorization (RA) Number

  • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Please include this RA number inside the package when returning the item.

Step 3: Pack and Ship

  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Return the item to the following address:

Step 4: Process Your Return

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Eligible Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or if the wrong item was shipped.

Partial Refunds:

  • If the item shows signs of use or if parts of the item (such as accessories) are missing, we may issue a partial refund.
  • Items returned in unsellable condition will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
  • Please include photos of the damaged or defective item when you contact us to help expedite the return process.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the return process and specify the item you would like as a replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a defective or damaged item or a shipping error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Holiday Season Return Policy

During the Christmas holiday season, we extend our return period. Purchases made during the holiday season (from November 15 through December 25) can be returned up until January 15 of the following year.
